Product Manager - Global System and Network Service Solutions (many positions)
Job Descriptions:
- This individual will have the opportunity to work with strategic partners and Head Quarter to define and implement the product strategy.
- Lead the establishment of products and services and commercial launch through end-of-life (including creation of technical specification, service condition, sale trainings material, etc.)
- Work closely with many internal organizations including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal) to sales team/account manager.
- Develop document product related documents and artifacts such as market requirements, product requirements, service descriptions, data sheets, training material and customer facing collateral.
- Act as a key liaison and feedback channel to internal team for competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Build an in-depth product roadmap based on the strategy of NTT Communications.
- Create all necessary documentation as part of the product planning process including market requirements documents, business cases and training materials.
- Develop and maintain consistent product messages and value propositions. This includes definition of target audiences, their needs, key features and business benefits.
- Act as an advocate for these services internally and externally.
- Present products and services information to peers, management and customers.
- Manage and coordinate product launches.
- Perform competitive analysis and develop and manage relationships with strategic partners.
- Develop and document product related documents and artifacts such as market requirements, product requirements, service descriptions, data sheets, training material and customer facing collateral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Engineering, IT, Telecommunication, or experience in relevant fields.
- Minimum 5-10 years of solid experience in Product Management or Service Design.
- Strong experience and real exposure to Cloud Service / Global IP Network / Global Network are highly preferable.
- A self-motivated individual possessing a combination of technical understanding and business skills.
- Ability to balance technical and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts.
- Quick learner with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, logical analysis and problem solving skills.
- Strong experience in capture and analysis of customer requirements.
- Ability to manage product profitability.
- Strong relationship building, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Specific Requirement for Cloud Services
- Good understanding of the competitive landscape in the different disciplines surrounding Cloud Computing market segments including Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud.
- Experience in Cloud Services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS with knowledge of virtualization techniques such as VMware, Citrix.
- Specific knowledge of server, network and storage hardware and software platforms such as EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP, Linux, and Microsoft technologies.
Specific Requirement for Global Network Solution & Global IP Solutions
- Solid understanding of each phase of the product lifecycle.
- Thorough understanding of the underlying technologies and economics of the Internet within the Telecom and/or ISP industries/Regulations.
- Working with mid and large national and multi-national Telecom Industries.

- Development of recruitment strategy including planning of recruitment activities
